Our Standard of Excellence
We represent a standard of excellence that can truly elevate a space. The vessels that house our candles are always simple, chic, and classic. They don’t overwhelm a space or become the focal point of a room unless you want them to be. We did this purposefully so that our candles easily blend in with the style of your space and serve as an accent piece to your naturally good taste.
Our Quaint Collection of Scents
We take our time selecting which scents we love and want to bring into the St. Brown & Co. family. Quantity has never been our goal, but quality has. Instead of having as many scents as we can that are merely mediocre, we pride ourselves on having a handful of outstanding scents that are complex, layered, and genuinely enjoyable. We’ve had far too many experiences in the past of visiting a candle store and finding there is always one scent that is the odd man out. That won’t happen with our candles.
Our Conscious Creation
It’s 2021. It’s about time we all start being a little bit more conscious of what we do on this Earth. That’s why each of our candles are handmade, hand-poured, and all-natural. We use a special coconut apricot wax as our base, which is a vegan wax blend that is biodegradable, non-toxic, and skin safe. They’re also gluten free, paraben free, and phthalate free. In fact, this wax blend we use utilizes only FDA approved waxes. Additionally, each of the fragrance oils we use in our candles are non-toxic, paraben free, and phthalate free.
Our Belief in Candles
Above all else, we know that candles are more than just candles. They’re what gets you ready for a long day at work. They’re what you need for a special date night at home. They’re what winds you down after a rough day. They’re what gives you a brief moment of “me” time amidst the chaos. Lighting the right candle is a ritualistic and transitional action, taking you from a moment of “before” to a moment of “after.” It causes a shift in your day, and we work to make sure it’s a positive one.
Everything we do here at St. Brown & Co. is done with intention and luxury in mind. Luxury isn’t just something you buy; it’s something you intentionally create, so we set out to do just that. We know that everything you put in your house, office, or favorite space has a purpose, and that you put it there intentionally. We thought it was only fair we make our candles the same way.
